User Guide for Gingko Cube Click Clock (Aluminium / White LED)

1. What It Is & Key Features
   • Minimalist cube-shaped alarm clock with a LED display that is sound-activated.
   • Displays time, date, and temperature, cycling through these automatically, or shows just the time if configured.
   • Two display modes: Sound-activated (lights up when you click, clap, or tap) or Permanent display.
   • Automatic dimming: LED brightness reduces automatically between 21:00 and 07:00
   • Time format: 12/24-hour options. Temperature format: Celsius or Fahrenheit
   • Power: Dual supply – either 3 x AAA batteries or a 5 V USB adapter. (USB cable is included
   • Internal memory battery to save settings if the power is disconnected
   • Alarm: has a snooze function
2. Setting Up & Basic Operation

      • If using USB: plug a 5 V/500 mA adapter into the micro-USB port.
      • If using batteries: insert 3 x AAA batteries.
      • There is a backup internal battery, so your settings (time, alarm, format) are retained during power loss.

      • To turn the clock on/off: press and hold the power button for a few seconds. (Refer to the manual for the specific button layout.)
      • For setting the clock, press SET (or similar) button for ~3 seconds until the year starts flashing; then use UP/DOWN buttons to change the values, followed by SET to confirm each field.

      • Enter alarm mode via the SET button (or labelled “alarm” / “A” on your clock).
      • Use the HR / MIN buttons to set the hour and minute
      • Confirm and exit setting mode.

   4. Display Mode (Sound-activated vs Permanent)
      • While in normal time display, tap the T/S (“Time / Sound”) button:
        • Short press switches between Permanent or Sound-activated

        • Long press toggles the power on/off.
   5. 12/24-Hour and Temperature Format
      • Long-press the T/S button to switch between 12-hour and 24-hour format.
      • There is a dot / indicator for PM when in 12-hour mode
      • Use UP / DOWN or other setting buttons to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit for temp
3. Care & Maintenance / Safety
   1. Avoid exposing the clock to extreme humidity. The body has an MDF + aluminiumeffect veneer
   2. When using the USB power: use a proper 5 V adapter. Using a higher voltage adapter
      could damage the device.
   3. For battery operation: replace the AAA batteries when the LED display starts blinking
      or is dim / unclear.
   4. Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid liquid cleaners.
   5. Do not disassemble the clock — internal components are delicate and
      modification may void the warranty.
   6. Unplug when not used for a long time / store safely if traveling.
4. Issolvi l-problemi
   • No display when tapping/clapping:
     Make sure the clock is powered (batteries or USB). If the internal backup battery is dead, settings might be lost-reprogram.
   • Display too dim / very bright:
     Check if auto-dim is active (between 21:00-07:00).
   • Alarm doesn’t sound:
     Confirm alarm is actually set and turned on in settings.
   • Settings lost when unplugged:
     Backup battery may be weak or missing-check if internal memory battery is working.
