    An 'ERR' display indicates an internal calibration error with the EA200/EA400. In this case, the unit will need to be sent in to be calibrated. You should contact Winland Technical Services for assistance.

  • How do I unlock the EAPro-Gateway menu?

    To unlock the gateway, press the Blue button next to USERNAME to select it, then enter your PIN. By default, the system PIN is 1234.

  • How do I correctly install a sensor in the Temp-B-T glycerin buffer tube?

    Fill the tube to approximately 1/2-inch from the top with the appropriate glycerin mixture. Replace the cap, then insert the probe through the hole in the cap until it reaches the sensor's white/black heat shrink tubing. Secure it using the provided tape and allow several hours for temperature stabilization.
