    Remove the lock from the cylinder and hold it vertically (button up). Press and hold the button until the LED turns red, then release. The lock will flash red three times to confirm the reset.

  • What batteries does the Tedee GO use?

    The Tedee GO requires three CR123/123A batteries (3V) or three CR123 rechargeable batteries (3.7V). Do not mix old and new batteries.

  • How do I calibrate my Tedee lock?

    Calibration is performed via the Tedee app. After installation, navigate to Device > Settings > Calibration within the app and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Can I open the door if the Tedee battery is dead?
