How do I clean the dust filters on my Silentware case?
We recommend cleaning pre-installed dust filters every 1-3 months using compressed air or a vacuum cleaner on low. If heavily soiled, rinse with lukewarm water (no cleaning agents) and let dry for at least 12 hours.

Can I customize the RGB lighting on my Silentware case?
Yes, you can customize the RGB lighting using your motherboard's RGB software or any compatible RGB controller that allows you to manage the ARGB fans and other RGB elements in the case.

How do I connect the ARGB case fans?
Connect the fans using the single 4-pin PWM connector to the SYS_FAN header and the 3-pin ARGB connector to the motherboard's ARGB header. Avoid connecting more than 4 fans to a single header to prevent overloading.

How do I remove the small steel ventilation panel on the case?
The tempered glass side panel must be removed first. Once removed, loosen the single rear screw securing the ventilation panel, slide it toward the back of the case, pull the top edge away, and lift it off.
