Ensure your camera is within 8 inches (20cm) of the QR code during setup, verify your wireless network is active and running on a 2.4 GHz band (not 5 GHz), and check that your Wi-Fi password is correct.
Press and hold the reset button for 5 to 10 seconds until you hear a 'system reset' voice prompt. Release the button and wait for the camera to restart to its factory defaults.
You can store recorded event videos locally on a Class 10 Micro SD card (typically between 8GB and 128GB capacity, depending on the model) or securely via the Ebitcam Cloud storage service.
