Digilock support FAQ

Mistoqsijiet komuni dwar manwali, reġistrazzjoni, u appoġġ għal din il-marka.

  • How do I know if a Digilock shared-use locker is available?

In shared-use functionality, a green LED indicates that the lock is available for use. If the LED is red, the locker is currently occupied.

  • What do the beep codes mean on my Digilock?

10 rapid beeps typically indicate the lock is binding or jammed; press on the door while operating to relieve pressure. Two sets of three beeps indicate that the batteries are low and should be replaced.

  • How do I unlock the device if the batteries are dead?

If the batteries fail while locked, you can use a Power Jumper Key inserted into the key slot to provide external power, then use a valid Manager Key or credential to unlock it.

  • What credentials work with Digilock systems?

Depending on the model (e.g., Pivot, Aspire), compatible credentials include RFID cards, stickers, keyfobs, wristbands, Mobile IDs, and User PIN codes.

  • Where are the batteries located?

For many models, the batteries are located in the rear unit of the lock. You typically need to remove a screw from the cover plate to access the battery compartment. Always use premium alkaline AA batteries.
