  • What should I do if my COPPERTREE transmitter gets too hot?

    If the receiver's display flashes a temperature warning, the transmitter is overheating. If the temperature exceeds 85°C (185°F), it may cause permanent damage and the temperature dot will turn black. Stop operations immediately and allow the transmitter to cool down.

  • How do I wake up the COPPERTREE transmitter from sleep mode?

    The transmitter enters sleep mode after 15 minutes of inactivity. To wake it up, rotate the transmitter for approximately 10 seconds.

  • What is the warranty period for the Mag series locating system?

    COPPERTREE offers a standard warranty of one year for the receiver and display, and six months for the transmitter, under normal usage.

  • How do I know when the transmitter battery is fully charged?

    When charging the lithium battery, the charger's red light will be on. Charging is complete when the light turns green.
