  5. From the blue "Choose an option" screen, select "Troubleshoot".
  6. Select "Reset this PC".
  7. Choose "Keep my files" (or "Remove everything" if you prefer a clean reset).
  8. Select "Local reinstall".
  9. Follow the prompts to complete the reset process. After the reset, the Windows setup should proceed normally.
