5. Operating the Kayak
5.1 Launching and Entry
- Place the kayak in shallow water, ensuring the stern is fully supported.
- Hold onto the sides of the cockpit for stability.
- Step into the kayak one foot at a time, keeping your weight centered.
- Sit down slowly, adjusting your position until you feel balanced.
