3. Setup u Preparazzjoni

3.1 Cold Application Preparation

For cold therapy, place the Thermosleeve in a resealable bag to protect it from moisture and odors. Store it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for a maximum of 20 minutes before use. Do not freeze for extended periods as this may damage the hydrogel.

3.2 Hot Application Preparation

For hot therapy, you can use either a microwave or an oven:

• Microwave: Heat in 10-second increments. Do not exceed 1 minute at a time, and a total of 2 minutes. Heating times may vary depending on microwave wattage.
• Forn: Preheat oven to 100°C (212°F). Heat for 2 minutes. Reheat in 1-minute increments if needed.

Important Note: Always check the temperature of the Thermosleeve before applying it to your skin to prevent burns or discomfort.

It is recommended to use the Thermosleeve in 10-minute cycles. Do not apply for more than 20 minutes at a time to avoid potential skin irritation or damage. Allow your skin to return to normal temperature before reapplication.
