This manual provides detailed instructions for the operation and maintenance of your THINKCAR S4 and S6 Car Scanner Diagnostic Tools. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper functionality and to prevent damage.

2. Setup

Carefully remove the diagnostic tool and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect the device for any signs of damage. If any damage is found, contact customer support immediately.

The device typically powers on automatically when connected to a vehicle's OBD-II port. Ensure the vehicle's ignition is in the 'ON' position (engine off).

- Locate the vehicle's 16-pin OBD-II port. This is usually found under the dashboard on the driver's side.
- Plug the diagnostic tool's OBD-II connector firmly into the vehicle's OBD-II port.
- The device will power on and initiate communication with the vehicle.

The THINKCAR S4 and S6 feature a 5-inch touch screen for intuitive navigation. Tap on icons to select functions and swipe to scroll through menus.

After a scan, the tool can generate a comprehensive diagnostic report summarizing the vehicle's status, detected DTCs, and other relevant information. This report can often be saved or shared.
4. Maintenance Reset Functions
The THINKCAR S4 and S6 offer various maintenance reset services to assist with common vehicle service tasks.
