Figure 2: Part List. This image provides a comprehensive list and visual identification of all parts included in the Frizzlife BFRO100 package, such as the RO membrane, carbon filter, sediment filter, tubing, faucet connector, drain saddle, and wrenches.

Figure 3: Filtration Stages. This diagram details the function of each of the three filtration stages: the 5-micron Sediment Filter (PP), the 5-micron Activated Carbon Filter (CTO), and the 0.0001 micron Reverse Osmosis Membrane. It explains what each stage removes from the water.
3. Setup u Installazzjoni
The Frizzlife BFRO100 system is designed for easy installation and comes largely pre-assembled. Follow these steps for setup:
- Ħoll il-Komponenti: Carefully remove all items from the packaging and verify against the part list (Figure 2).
- Qabbad mal-Provvista tal-Ilma: Attach the provided drinking water connector (FD03) to your faucet. Use the 1/4" tubing to connect the 'Supply' port (blue) on the RO system to the faucet connector.
- Installa s-Sarġ tad-Dreniġġ: Secure the drain saddle to the drain pipe under your sink. Connect the 'Waste Water' port (red) on the RO system to the drain saddle using 1/4" tubing.
- Connect Pure Water Outlet: Connect the 'Pure Water' port (yellow) to your desired pure water collection point (e.g., a separate faucet or storage tank for aquarium use).
- Sistema ta' Aħsel: Before first use, flush the system. Open the flush valve (Figure 4) and allow water to run for approximately 15-30 minutes to rinse new filters and membrane. Close the flush valve after flushing.

Figure 4: Water Connections and Flush Valve. This image highlights the color-coded water connection ports (Supply, Tank, Waste, Pure), the operation of the flush valve (Open for flushing, Close for pure water production), and the 'Easy Replacement' feature for filter cartridges.

Figure 5: Faucet Connector Operation. This image demonstrates how the FD03 Drinking Water Faucet Connector allows users to easily switch between regular tap water and purified RO water from a standard kitchen faucet.
4. Istruzzjonijiet Operattivi
Once installed and flushed, the Frizzlife BFRO100 system is ready for operation.
- Producing RO Water: Ensure the flush valve is in the 'CLOSE' position (as shown in Figure 4). Open the main water supply to the system. Purified water will begin to flow from the 'Pure Water' outlet.
- Monitoraġġ tal-Prestazzjoni: The built-in pressure gauge (Figure 6) allows for easy monitoring of system performance. A significant drop in pressure may indicate a need for filter or membrane replacement.
- Switching Water Types: Use the T-faucet switch on the FD03 Drinking Water Faucet Connector (Figure 5) to alternate between regular tap water and RO water as needed.

Figure 6: 100 GPD Capacity and Pressure Gauge. This image emphasizes the system's 100 GPD (Gallons Per Day) purification capacity and provides a detailed view of the integrated liquid-filled pressure gauge, which helps monitor system performance.
5. Manutenzjoni
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Frizzlife BFRO100 system.
- Sostituzzjoni tal-filtru: The sediment and carbon filters typically require replacement every 6-12 months, depending on water quality and usage. The RO membrane usually lasts 2-3 years. Refer to the pressure gauge for indications of reduced flow or performance.
- Sostituzzjoni tal-Membrana: When the pressure gauge indicates a significant drop in pressure or if the purified water quality diminishes, it's time to replace the RO membrane. Use the provided membrane housing wrench for replacement (Figure 4).
- Fwawar tas-Sistema: Periodically flush the system by opening the flush valve for a few minutes to help extend the life of the RO membrane.
6 Issolvi l-problemi
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your Frizzlife BFRO100 system.
- Low Water Production:
- Check water supply pressure. The system requires 40-100 PSI.
- Ensure the flush valve is fully closed.
- Inspect filters and RO membrane for clogging. Replace if necessary.
- Verify tubing connections for kinks or leaks.
- Poor Water Quality (High TDS):
- The RO membrane may be exhausted. Replace the RO membrane.
- Ensure proper flushing procedures were followed after installation or membrane replacement.
- Tnixxijiet:
- Tighten all connections. Do not overtighten.
- Check O-rings inside filter housings for proper seating and damage.
