2. Setup u Assemblea
Your ENGWE M20 2.0 electric bike comes 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly and prepare your bike for its first ride. A tool kit is included for your convenience.
2.1 Tneħħija tal-kaxxa u Kontroll tal-Komponenti
Carefully open the packaging. Remove all components and protective materials. Verify that all parts are present according to the packing list in the user manual. The main components include the bike frame, front wheel, handlebars, pedals, dual headlights, fenders, charger, and a hard-shell bag (for single battery option).

2.2 Handlebar Attachment
Locate the handlebar and the handlebar bracket on the front fork. Remove the four bolts from the bracket. Position the handlebar correctly, ensuring the gear shifter is on the right side. Reattach the bracket and secure it with the four bolts. Tighten them firmly using the provided Allen key.

Before installing the front wheel, ensure you have two 15mm wrench tools. Remove the axle from its packaging. Remove one nut, one locking washer, and one spacer from one side of the axle. Remove the fork protector from the bottom of the front fork. Carefully align the front wheel with the fork, ensuring the disc brake rotor slides into the brake caliper. Insert the axle through the wheel hub and the fork. Slide the removed spacer onto the axle on the side where it was removed, followed by the locking washer and the nut. Tighten both nuts evenly using the 15mm wrenches.

2.4 Fender Attachment
Attach the front fender to the front fork. Remove the small bolt located on the front fork bridge and the two bolts on the lower part of the fork near the axle. Align the fender and reattach it using these bolts. Ensure it is securely fastened.

The dual headlights come pre-assembled on a bracket. Remove the screws/bolts from the headlight bracket. Position the headlights onto the designated mounting points on the front fork. Reattach the screws/bolts, securing the headlights firmly. Connect the headlight wires to the corresponding connectors on the bike's wiring harness. You can adjust the angle of the headlights by loosening and re-tightening their side bolts.
2.6 Pedal Attachment
Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The letters are usually stamped on the pedal spindle. Attach the right pedal by screwing it clockwise into the right crank arm. Attach the left pedal by screwing it counter-clockwise into the left crank arm. Use a wrench to tighten them securely.
3. Operating Your ENGWE M20 2.0
Familiarize yourself with the bike's controls and features before riding.

The handlebars feature the gear shifter (right side), brake levers, and the intelligent LCD display. The display provides real-time data such as speed, battery level, distance traveled, and riding mode. 4. Manutenzjoni
