4. Setup u Assemblea
Assembly of the ATLETICA Harrier Cable Pull Station requires two people and basic tools (not included). Follow the detailed assembly instructions provided in the separate assembly guide for your specific model. Ensure you have adequate space for assembly and operation.

5.1 Adjusting Weight Ratio (1:1 vs. 1:2)
The Harrier Cable Pull Station features a patented triple roller system allowing you to switch between a 1:1 and 1:2 weight ratio. This adjustment changes the effective resistance and cable travel distance.
- 1:2 Ratio: Half of the selected weight is applied to the handle. This ratio is ideal for exercises requiring lower training weight and a longer cable path, such as side raises or chest flies.
- 1:1 Ratio: The full selected weight is applied to the handle. This ratio is suitable for exercises requiring higher training weights and a shorter cable path, such as tricep presses or seated rows.
Refer to the specific mechanism on your unit for engaging and disengaging the 1:1 or 1:2 ratio. Ensure the mechanism is fully engaged before beginning your exercise.
5.2 Adjusting Pulley Height
The cable pulleys are 21-way height-adjustable. Use the one-handed operated mechanism to select the desired height. The laser-engraved numbers on the uprights assist in precise and symmetrical adjustments.

5.3 Selecting Weight
Insert the magnetic pin into the desired weight plate on the stack. Ensure the pin is fully inserted before starting your exercise. Remember to account for the 1:1 or 1:2 ratio when selecting your weight.
5.4 Using the Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar
The ergonomically shaped multi-grip pull-up bar allows for various grip positions, facilitating a wide range of pull-up variations and abdominal exercises.

6. Manutenzjoni
