3. Informazzjoni dwar is-Sigurtà

Jekk jogħġbok aqra u ifhem l-istruzzjonijiet kollha tas-sigurtà qabel ma tinstalla jew tħaddem dan l-apparat. Jekk ma ssegwix dawn l-istruzzjonijiet, dan jista' jirriżulta f'xokk elettriku, nar, jew perikli oħra.

  • Sigurtà Elettrika: All wiring should be performed by a qualified electrician or in accordance with local electrical codes. Ensure the power supply is disconnected before any installation or maintenance.
  • Voltage Kompatibilità: Ivverifika li l-input voltage of the module matches your power source and that the connected load's voltage and current do not exceed the module's specifications.
  • Użu fuq ġewwa biss: This device is designed for indoor use in dry environments. Avoid exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or corrosive substances.
  • Protezzjoni ta' tagħbija żejda: Do not exceed the maximum load current of 10A or power of 480W. Overloading can damage the device and pose a fire risk.
  • Tfal u Pets: Żomm l-apparat u l-komponenti tiegħu fejn ma jintlaħqux mit-tfal u l-annimali domestiċi.

4. Installazzjoni u Wiring

The module offers flexible power input and output options. Always ensure power is disconnected before wiring.

4.1 Għażliet tal-Provvista tal-Enerġija

The module can be powered via three methods:

  • USB-C 5V: Connect a standard USB-C 5V power adapter (0.5A minimum) to the USB-C port.
  • DC 7V~48V: Connect a DC power source within this range to the VIN and GND terminals.
  • AC 7V~32V: Connect an AC power source within this range to the VIN and GND terminals.

4.2 Connecting Loads (Passive Output)

The module provides two independent relay channels (Channel 1 and Channel 2), each with Normally Open (NO), Common (COM), and Normally Closed (NC) terminals. These are dry contacts, meaning they do not supply power to the load directly but act as a switch in the load's circuit.

General Wiring Principle: Connect the power supply for your load to one side of the load, and the other side of the load to the COM terminal of the relay. Then, connect the NO terminal of the relay to the other side of the load's power supply (or ground, depending on your circuit). When the relay is activated, it will complete the circuit between COM and NO.

Example Application: Garage Door Opener

The module can be used to control a garage door opener. Connect the module's relay output (e.g., COM1 and NO1) to the wall button/console terminals of your garage door opener. This simulates pressing the button, allowing remote control via the app or RF remote.

5. Modi Operattivi

The module supports two primary operating modes, which can be configured via the app:

  • Toggle Mode: Each press of the button (or app command) toggles the relay state. Press once to turn ON, press again to turn OFF. This is suitable for lights or devices that need to stay ON/OFF.
  • Inching (Momentary) Mode: The relay turns ON for a set duration (e.g., 1-2 seconds) after a button press or app command, then automatically turns OFF. This is ideal for momentary actions like garage door openers, electric locks, or pulse switches. The duration can be set in the app.
