4.1. Key Components and Controls

• Turntable Jaws: The alloy steel jaws provide secure clamping of the wheel. They feature an interface carburization treatment for durability and come with jaw covers to protect the rim.

• Mounting Head: Made from stainless steel with solution treatment and interface polishing, designed to conform to engineering principles. Includes a plastic cover for rim protection.

4.2. Basic Operation Steps (General Guide)

1. Ipprepara r-Rota: Remove any weights or valves from the wheel.
2. Bead Breaking: Position the wheel on the bead breaker arm. Use the bead breaker pedal to push the tire bead away from the rim on both sides.
3. Mount the Wheel: Poġġi r-rota fuq it-turntable. Uża l-klampamping pedals to secure the wheel firmly with the jaws (Outside Clamp: 12"-22", Inside Clamp: 14"-24").
4. Demounting the Tire: Position the mounting head correctly. Use the turntable rotation pedal to rotate the wheel while guiding the tire bead over the mounting head. Repeat for the second bead.
5. Mounting a New Tire: Lubricate the tire beads. Position the new tire on the rim. Use the turntable rotation pedal and mounting head to guide the tire onto the rim.
6. Inflazzjoni: Use the inflation gauge and pedal control to inflate the tire to the recommended pressure.
7. Neħħi r-Rota: Release the jaws using the pedal control and remove the wheel from the turntable.
