Setup

The blood pressure monitor can be powered by either 4 AA batteries (not included) or via the included USB charging cable.

2. Connecting the Cuff
Insert the air tube connector from the cuff firmly into the air jack on the side of the main monitor unit.
3. Initial Settings (Date/Time, Voice)
Press the "SET" button to enter the settings mode. Use the "MEM" button to adjust values and "SET" again to confirm and move to the next setting. You can set the date, time, and toggle the voice broadcast function on or off.

1. Applying the Cuff Correctly
- Ensure you are seated comfortably with your feet flat on the floor and your arm resting on a table, palm facing up.
- Slide the cuff onto your bare upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above your elbow. The air tube should run down the center of your arm in line with your middle finger.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm, ensuring it is not too tight or too loose. The cuff is designed for arm circumferences between 8.7 and 16.5 inches.

2. Taking a Measurement (One-Button Operation)
- Once the cuff is correctly applied and you are in a relaxed position, press the large "START/STOP" button.
- The cuff will automatically inflate and then slowly deflate. Remain still and silent during the measurement.
- After approximately 30 seconds, your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen. If voice broadcast is enabled, the results will also be announced.
- The device will automatically shut off after a few seconds of inactivity.

3. Understanding Readings and Display
The 3.4-inch LCD display features clear, oversized numbers and a backlight for easy reading in any lighting condition. The display also incorporates a 3-color backlight system to indicate your blood pressure health level:

4. Memory Function (Dual User Mode)
The device supports two users simultaneously, storing up to 198 readings (99 for each user) with date and time stamps. This allows for easy tracking of health trends over time.
- To switch between User 1 and User 2, press the "SET" button when the device is off until the user icon changes.
- Biex view past readings, press the "MEM" button when the device is off. Repeatedly press "MEM" to scroll through stored data.
- An alarm function can be set to remind you to take measurements at a specific time each day.
