5.1. Blade Height Adjustment
The plow blade offers 6 easily adjusted blade height positions. To adjust the blade height, locate the adjustment pins or levers and set the blade to the desired operating height. Ensure both sides are adjusted evenly for optimal performance.

6. Manutenzjoni
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your WARN ProVantage II plow blade.
- Tindif: After each use, especially when plowing snow or corrosive materials, clean the blade thoroughly to prevent rust and buildup.
- Spezzjoni: Periodically inspect all bolts, nuts, and fasteners for tightness. Check for any signs of wear or damage on the blade, wear bar, skid shoes, and pivot points.
- Wear Bar: Monitor the wear bar for excessive wear. When one edge is worn, reverse it to extend its life. Replace the wear bar when both edges are worn down.

7 Issolvi l-problemi

- Plow Not Lifting/Lowering Properly: Check the winch operation and ensure all cables and connections are secure. Inspect the plow's pivot points for obstructions or damage.
- Uneven Plowing: Verify that the blade height adjustment is even on both sides. Check for bent or damaged skid shoes or an unevenly worn wear bar.
- Blade Not Tripping: Ensure the trip springs are properly tensioned and not damaged. Clear any debris that might be preventing the trip mechanism from engaging.
- Excessive Wear on Wear Bar/Skid Shoes: This is normal wear and tear. Ensure the wear bar is reversed when one side is worn. Replace components as needed.
