This manual provides essential information for the safe and correct use of your Moni i-Size Multi Car Seat. Please read all instructions carefully before installation and use. Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.

The Moni i-Size Multi Car Seat is designed to provide safety and comfort for your infant. It features an adjustable headrest, a removable canopy, and a 3-point safety harness.

2.1 Karatteristiċi ewlenin

3. Setup u Installazzjoni
The Moni i-Size Multi Car Seat is installed using the vehicle's 3-point safety belt. Always ensure the car seat is installed rear-facing.
3.1 Preparing the Car Seat
- Place the car seat on a flat, stable surface.
- Adjust the carry handle to the upright position for stability during installation.
- Ensure the infant support cushion is correctly positioned for newborns.

3.2 Vehicle Installation (Rear-Facing)
- Place the car seat on the vehicle seat in a rear-facing position. Ensure it is stable and level.
- Route the lap portion of the vehicle's 3-point safety belt through the blue belt guides located on both sides of the car seat base.
- Buckle the vehicle's safety belt.
- Pull the shoulder portion of the vehicle's safety belt firmly to remove any slack.
- Route the shoulder portion of the vehicle's safety belt through the blue belt guide at the back of the car seat.
- Press the car seat firmly into the vehicle seat while pulling the vehicle's safety belt tight to ensure a secure fit. The car seat should not move more than 2.5 cm (1 inch) in any direction at the belt path.
- Check that the vehicle's safety belt is not twisted and lies flat against the car seat and child.

4. It-Tħaddim tas-Sedil tal-Karozza
4.1 Is-Sigurtà tat-Tifel/Tifla Tiegħek

- Pull the harness adjustment strap at the front of the car seat to tighten the harness. Ensure the harness straps are snug against your child's shoulders and hips, with no slack.
- The chest clip (if present) should be positioned at armpit level.
- To loosen the harness, press the harness release button (usually located near the adjustment strap) and pull the shoulder straps outwards.

4.2 Adjusting the Headrest and Harness
The headrest and harness system can be adjusted simultaneously to accommodate your growing child.
- Locate the headrest adjustment lever, typically at the back or top of the headrest.
- Squeeze the lever and slide the headrest up or down until the shoulder straps are at or just below your child's shoulders when rear-facing.
- Release the lever to lock the headrest in place.
4.3 Adjusting the Carry Handle
The ergonomic carry handle has three adjustable positions:
- Carry Position: Handle upright for carrying.
- Rebound Position: Handle rotated towards the child's feet, used during vehicle installation to prevent rebound in a collision.
- Storage/Feeding Position: Handle rotated fully back, behind the child's head, for stability when the car seat is on the floor or for easier access to the child.
To adjust, press the buttons on both sides of the handle simultaneously and rotate the handle to the desired position.
4.4 Aġġustament tal-Kanupew
The canopy can be adjusted by pulling it forward or pushing it back. It is also removable for cleaning or if not needed.
5. Manutenzjoni
5.1 Cleaning the Fabric Cover
The fabric cover of the Moni i-Size Multi Car Seat is removable and washable.
- To remove the cover, unfasten all snaps, elastic loops, and harness straps as instructed in the product manual (refer to specific diagrams if available).
- Wash the cover in cold water (30°C) on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron. Air dry only.
- Ensure the cover is completely dry before reattaching it to the car seat.
5.2 Cleaning the Harness and Buckle

- Clean the buckle by rinsing it under warm water. Do not use detergents or lubricants.
5.3 Cleaning the Plastic Parts

6 Issolvi l-problemi
6.1 Car Seat Feels Loose After Installation
- Ensure the vehicle's safety belt is routed correctly through all blue belt guides.
- Press down firmly on the car seat while tightening the vehicle's safety belt to remove all slack.
- Check that the vehicle's safety belt is not twisted.
6.2 Harness is Difficult to Tighten or Loosen
- Check for any twists in the harness straps.
- Ensure the harness adjustment strap is not obstructed.
- Make sure the buckle tongues are fully inserted into the buckle.
6.3 Canopy Does Not Stay in Position
- Check if the canopy attachment points are securely fastened.
- Ensure no fabric is caught in the adjustment mechanism.
