Informazzjoni dwar is-Sigurtà
TWISSIJA: Jekk ma ssegwix dawn l-istruzzjonijiet, dan jista’ jirriżulta fi korriment serju jew mewt.
- Dejjem skonnettja l-enerġija mill-pompa qabel ma twettaq kwalunkwe servizz jew manutenzjoni.
- Ensure the electrical supply is protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI).
- Tħaddimx il-pompa jekk il-korda tal-enerġija jew il-plagg ikunu bil-ħsara.
- Keep children away from the filtration system during operation.
- The system must be installed on a solid, level surface.
- Tidfenx il-korda tad-dawl.
- Consult a qualified electrician for electrical connections if unsure.

Armar u Installazzjoni
Follow these steps for proper assembly and installation of your sand filtration system.

- Pożizzjonament tas-Sistema: Place the filter system on a firm, level surface, preferably concrete, at least 2 feet from the pool. Ensure the location allows for proper drainage when backwashing.
- Assembling the Tank Base: Secure the sand filter tank onto its base.
- Installing Lateral Assembly: Insert the manifold lateral assembly into the bottom of the filter tank. Ensure laterals are spread evenly.
- Adding Filter Sand: Carefully pour approximately 120 pounds of #20 silica sand (0.45-0.55mm) into the filter tank. Ensure the manifold tube remains centered during this process. Fill the tank about two-thirds full.
- Attaching the Six-Way Valve: Place the six-way valve onto the top of the filter tank, aligning the ports. Secure it with the flange clamp, ensuring a tight seal. Use a #3 Phillips screwdriver for the clamp screws and ensure washers are used to prevent damage to the plastic flange. Align the clamp openings with the ridges on the valve.
- Konnessjoni tal-Pompa: Attach the pump to the six-way valve using the provided hoses and fittings. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks. The system uses 1.5-inch inlet and outlet connections.
- Connecting to Pool: Connect the pool's skimmer line to the pump's inlet and the pool's return line to the six-way valve's 'RETURN' port using the provided hoses.
- Installing Pressure Gauge: Screw the pressure gauge into the designated port on the six-way valve.
- Filling the Pump with Water: Before starting, remove the strainer basket lid and fill the pump with water to prime it. Replace the lid securely.
- Konnessjoni Elettrika: Plug the 7.9-meter power cord into a GFCI-protected outlet.

Operazzjoni
The GAME 7011-E Sand Filtration System features a 6-way valve and a digital timer for controlling filtration cycles.

Immaġni: Aktar minnview highlighting the pressure gauge for monitoring system performance, the 6-way valve for controlling water flow, and the strainer basket for pre-filtering debris.
Funzjonijiet tal-Valv b'6 Modi
Always turn off the pump before changing the valve position to prevent damage.
- FILTRI: Normal filtering mode. Water flows through the sand, trapping debris, and returns to the pool.
- BACKWASH: Cleans the filter sand by reversing water flow, sending dirty water to waste. Use when pressure gauge reads 8-10 PSI above starting pressure.
- LAĦLAĦ: Used after backwashing to flush out any remaining dirty water from the valve and sand bed to waste before returning to FILTER mode.
- SKART/DRAĠĠ: Bypasses the filter, sending water directly to waste. Useful for lowering pool water level or vacuuming heavy debris directly to waste.
- RIĊIRKOLA: Jevita l-filtru, u jiċċirkola l-ilma direttament lura lejn il-pixxina. Utli għat-taħlit ta' kimiċi mingħajr ma jiffiltra.
- MAGĦLUQ: Shuts off all flow to the filter and pump. Use for servicing the pump or filter.
Operazzjoni ta 'Timer Diġitali

Image: Close-up of the integrated digital timer, allowing for programmable filtration cycles.
The digital timer allows for automated control of filtration cycles. Refer to the timer's specific instructions for setting daily run times. Ensure the timer is set to provide adequate filtration for your pool size and usage, typically 8-12 hours per day.
Manutenzjoni
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your filtration system.
- Ħasil b'lura: Perform backwashing when the pressure gauge reads 8-10 PSI above its clean starting pressure, or when water flow to the pool decreases significantly.
- Tlaħliħ: Always rinse for 30-60 seconds after backwashing to settle the sand and prevent dirty water from returning to the pool.
- Tindif tal-Basket tal-Għali: Regularly inspect and clean the pump's strainer basket. Turn off the pump, close necessary valves, remove the lid, empty debris, and replace.
- Sostituzzjoni tar-Ramel: Filter sand typically needs to be replaced every 3-5 years, depending on usage and water chemistry.
- Winterization: In cold climates, drain all water from the pump and filter tank to prevent freezing damage. Store the pump and valve indoors if possible.
Issolvi l-problemi
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your sand filtration system.
| Problema | Kawża Possibbli | Soluzzjoni |
|---|---|---|
| Ilma li jnixxi mill-konnessjonijiet | Loose fittings, worn O-rings/gaskets, improper clamp allinjament. | Tighten all connections. Inspect and replace O-rings/gaskets if damaged. Ensure flange clamp is correctly aligned and tightened. |
| Ramel li jirritorna għall-pool | Damaged laterals, incorrect sand type/size, insufficient rinse after backwash. | Check laterals for damage. Ensure correct #20 silica sand is used. Perform a thorough rinse cycle after backwashing. |
| Low water flow/pressure | Clogged strainer basket, dirty filter sand, air in the system, closed valves. | Clean strainer basket. Backwash and rinse filter. Bleed air from the system. Ensure all necessary valves are open. |
| Pompa mhux priming | Insufficient water in pump, air leak in suction line, clogged skimmer/main drain. | Fill pump with water. Check all suction line connections for air leaks. Clear any blockages in skimmer or main drain. |
| Excessive pump noise | Lack of water, air in system, cavitation, motor bearing issue. | Ensure pump is fully primed. Check for air leaks. Verify adequate water supply to pump. If noise persists, contact support. |
