The VOICEGIFT 60-Second Audio Recorder is designed to capture and play back short audio messages. Setup
Before first use, ensure the battery-saver tab is removed from the unit. The device comes with pre-installed batteries, ready for immediate use after tab removal.
- Locate the small plastic battery-saver tab protruding from the side or back of the gift tag.
- Gently pull and remove the tab completely. The device is now powered on and ready for recording or playback.

The VOICEGIFT recorder allows for easy recording and re-recording of messages up to 60 seconds in length. You can change your message at any time.
- Locate the small, hidden record button on the back of the gift tag. This button is typically a small indentation.
- Using a pen or a similar pointed object, press and hold the record button. You will hear a short beep indicating that recording has started.
- Speak clearly into the microphone, which is usually located near the speaker holes. Record your message, song, or sound.
- Release the record button when you are finished. A second beep will confirm that the recording has stopped and saved.
- To re-record, simply repeat steps 1-4. The new recording will overwrite the previous one.

To listen to the recorded message, simply press the designated play button on the front of the tag.
- Locate the green play button icon on the front of the gift tag.
- Press the play button once to initiate playback of the recorded message.
- The message will play through the built-in speaker.

The VOICEGIFT audio recorder is designed for low maintenance. The primary maintenance task involves battery replacement.

The device uses 3 LR44 button cell batteries. When the audio quality degrades or the device stops functioning, it may be time to replace the batteries.
- Carefully open the battery compartment, usually located on the back of the tag. This may require a small screwdriver.
- Remove the old LR44 batteries.
- Insert three new LR44 batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
