This manual provides essential information for the proper use and maintenance of your Merax 24-inch expandable hard case luggage. Please read these instructions carefully before using your luggage to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Setup
Setting the TSA Combination Lock
Your luggage comes with a pre-set combination of 0-0-0. To set your personal combination:
- Ensure the lock is set to the factory default 0-0-0.
- Locate the small reset button (usually a small hole) on the side of the lock. Use a pen or a pointed object to press and hold this button until you hear a click.

Adjusting the Telescoping Handle
The telescoping handle can be adjusted to multiple heights for comfortable pulling. Press the button located on the top of the handle to extend or retract it. Ensure it clicks into place at your desired height.

Operating Your Luggage
Packing and Expanding
To maximize packing space, utilize the internal zippered compartments and garment straps. If additional space is required, unzip the expansion zipper located around the perimeter of the suitcase. This will increase the depth of the main compartment.

Cleaning the Hard Shell
To clean the ABS hard shell, wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the surface and UV protection. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

Wheel and Zipper Care
Regularly check the spinner wheels for debris and clean as needed. For smooth zipper operation, occasionally apply a silicone-based lubricant or wax to the zipper teeth.
