The Peakeep Battery Operated Digital Alarm Clock (Model MHP6010) is a cordless alarm clock designed for ease of use and portability. 2. Setup

2.1 Installazzjoni tal-batterija

This clock operates on 4 AA batteries (not included). For optimal performance and battery life, qualified alkaline batteries from a major brand are recommended. Do not use rechargeable batteries.

2.2 Issettjar tal-Ħin Inizjali

Upon battery installation, the clock display will activate. Follow these steps to set the current time:

1. Agħfas u żomm il- IL-ĦIN IPPOST button for 2 seconds to enter time setting mode. The hour digits will begin to flash.

3.2 Activating/Deactivating Alarm

The clock offers 5 levels of alarm volume control. To adjust the volume:

3.4 Display Brightness Control

The clock features 3 brightness settings (L03, L02, L01) and an 'OFF' mode for a completely dark display.

1. Agħfas il- DIMMER button repeatedly to cycle through the brightness levels: L03 (brightest) > L02 > L01 (dimmest) > OFF.

3.5 Funzjoni Snooze

Format 3.6 12/24 Siegħa

To switch between 12-hour (AM/PM) and 24-hour (military time) formats, press the 12/24HR buttuna fuq wara tal-arloġġ.

To manually adjust for Daylight Saving Time:

2. The clock will adjust forward or backward by one hour.

3.8 Optional Voice-Activated Mode

The voice-activated mode is designed to conserve battery life. When activated, the display will dim to 'OFF' if no sound is detected within 30 seconds. It will reactivate and display the time at brightness level L01 once sound is detected (e.g., a clap or voice).

• To toggle the voice-activated mode, press the ON/OFF button located next to the 'VOICE-ACTIVATED' label on the back of the clock.
• When voice-activated mode is off, the display will remain continuously on at the selected brightness level.

4. Manutenzjoni

4.1 Tindif

To clean the clock, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical sprays, as these can damage the display or casing.

When the display becomes dim or the clock functions erratically, it is time to replace the batteries. Follow the battery installation steps in Section 2.1. Always replace all 4 AA batteries at the same time with new, qualified alkaline batteries.
