Follow these steps to set up your MOCREO H2 Hub and sensors.

2.1. Setup Inizjali

  1. Plug in the H2 Hub: Connect the H2 Hub to a power outlet using the provided USB charging cable. Ensure it is within range of your 2.4GHz WiFi network.

The system provides 24/7 real-time temperature monitoring. You can view current temperature readings for all connected sensors directly within the MOCREO Sensor app from any location with internet access.

3.2. Alert System

The MOCREO H2 Hub offers three types of instant alerts when temperature thresholds are exceeded:

  • Email Alert: Notifications sent to your registered email address.
  • App Push Notification: Alerts delivered directly to your smartphone via the MOCREO Sensor app.
  • 80dB Hub Beeping: An audible alarm from the H2 Hub itself, providing local notification.

You can configure custom high and low temperature thresholds for each sensor within the app. The system also provides alerts for low battery and hub offline status.

3.3. Data Logging and Export

The system records temperature data for up to two years. This data can be viewed as clear graphs within the app, allowing you to track temperature trends over time (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly). You can also export this data for further analysis.

3.4. System Expansion and Sharing

The H2 Hub is compatible with ST5, ST6, and SW2 sensors, allowing you to connect up to 30 sensors to a single hub for comprehensive whole-house monitoring. The app also supports sharing access with up to 10 people, enabling family or team members to monitor temperatures.

5 Issolvi l-problemi

5.1. No Connection/Hub Offline

If the hub goes offline or sensors lose connection, check the following:

  • Ensure the H2 Hub is properly plugged into a working power outlet.
  • Verify your 2.4GHz WiFi network is active and the hub is within range.
  • Restart your WiFi router and the H2 Hub.
  • Check the app for 'Hub offline' notifications, which indicate a power outage or network disconnection.
