Important Note for Windows 11 Installation: During Windows 11 installation, the system may not initially detect network drivers for both wired (LAN) and wireless (Wi-Fi) connections. This can prevent proceeding with the setup if an internet connection is required for Microsoft account authentication. To bypass this, you may need to:
- Prepare a USB drive with the necessary LAN/Wi-Fi drivers downloaded from the Intel support website beforehand.
- Alternatively, use a mobile phone's USB tethering feature to provide a temporary internet connection during the setup phase.
- Explore options to create a local user account during installation if an internet connection is unavailable.
5. Manutenzjoni
5.1. Tindif
- Regularly clean the exterior of the NUC with a soft, dry cloth.
- Use compressed air to clear dust from ventilation openings to ensure proper airflow and prevent overheating. Ensure the system is powered off before cleaning.
5.2. Aġġornamenti tas-Software
- Keep your operating system and drivers updated to ensure optimal performance and security. Visit the Intel support website for the latest NUC drivers and BIOS updates.
6 Issolvi l-problemi
6.1. Ebda Qawwa
- Verify the power adapter is securely connected to both the NUC and a working power outlet.
- Ittestja l-iżbokk tad-dawl b'apparat ieħor.
6.2. L-ebda Output tal-Wiri
- Ensure the monitor is powered on and the video cable is securely connected to both the NUC and the monitor.
- Ipprova kejbil tal-vidjo jew monitor differenti jekk disponibbli.
- Confirm that RAM modules are correctly seated.
6.3. Storage Not Detected
- Check that the M.2 NVMe SSD or 2.5-inch SATA drive is correctly installed and secured.
- Ensure that for M.2 slots, you are using an NVMe SSD, as SATA M.2 SSDs are not supported by this model.
- Verify SATA data and power cables are properly connected for 2.5-inch drives.
6.4. Network Connectivity Issues During OS Installation (Windows 11)
- As noted in Section 4.2, Windows 11 installation may lack initial network drivers. Have LAN/Wi-Fi drivers ready on a USB drive or use USB tethering from a mobile device to establish an internet connection during setup.
