1. Introduzzjoni

This manual provides detailed instructions for the proper use and maintenance of your UNIWEIGH Milligram Scale 50g/0.001g. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the device to ensure accurate measurements and prolong its lifespan.

The UNIWEIGH Milligram Scale is designed for high-precision weighing of small items, offering a maximum capacity of 50g with an accuracy of 0.001g. It is suitable for various applications including weighing powders, medicine, jewelry, gems, herbs, and for reloading purposes.

3. Setup

3.1 Installazzjoni tal-batterija

1. Iftaħ l-għatu tal-kompartiment tal-batterija li jinsab fuq in-naħa ta’ taħt tal-iskala.
2. Daħħal iż-żewġ batteriji AAA, waqt li tiżgura l-polarità korretta (+/-).

3.2 Tqegħid

For accurate measurements, place the scale on a stable, flat, and level surface. Avoid areas with vibrations, drafts, or extreme temperature changes.

4. Operazzjoni

4.1 Power On/Off

Agħfas il- ON/OFF buttuna () to turn the scale on or off. The LCD display will show "0.000g" when ready for use.

4.2 Unit Conversion (MODE Function)

Agħfas il- MODALITÀ buttuna () to cycle through the available weighing units: grams (g), grains (gn), ounces (oz), troy ounces (ozt), carats (ct), and pennyweights (dwt).

4.3 Funzjoni tat-tara

The Tare function allows you to subtract the weight of a container, so only the weight of the contents is measured.

1. Poġġi kontenitur vojt fuq il-pjattaforma tal-użin.
2. Agħfas il- TARE buttuna (). The display will reset to "0.000g".
3. Add the items to be weighed into the container. The display will show the net weight of the items.

4.4 Funzjoni tal-Għadd (PCS)

The PCS function allows you to count small granular items.

1. Turn on the scale and ensure it reads "0.000g".
2. Agħfas u żomm il- PCS buttuna () until a sample size (e.g., "25", "50", "75", "100") appears.
3. Agħfas il- MODALITÀ button to select the desired sample daqs.
4. Place the exact number of items corresponding to the selected sample size onto the platform.
5. Agħfas il- PCS button again. The display will show "PCS" and the count of the items.
6. You can now add more items, and the scale will count them based on the sample.

4.5 Wind-Shelter

The scale features a protective flip cover that acts as a wind-shelter. This helps to protect the delicate load cell and prevent external environmental influences (like air currents) from affecting weighing accuracy, especially for milligram measurements.

5. Kalibrazzjoni

It is recommended to calibrate the scale before first use and periodically thereafter, or if you suspect inaccurate readings. Use the provided 50g calibration weight.

1. Turn the scale on and wait for it to display "0.000g".
2. Agħfas u żomm il- MODALITÀ button until the display shows "CAL". Release the button.

4. Carefully place the 50g calibration weight onto the center of the weighing platform.

6. Manutenzjoni

6.1 Tindif
