6 Issolvi l-problemi
- Ara Mhux Running:
Ensure the crown is fully pushed in to position 1. If the watch still does not run, the battery may need replacement. Refer to the "Battery Replacement" section under Maintenance.
- Chronograph Hands Not Zeroing:
If the chronograph hands do not return precisely to the 12 o'clock position when reset, follow the "Initial Chronograph Setup (Zeroing)" instructions in Section 3.2.
- INDIGLO Not Activating:
Ensure the crown is pressed firmly. If it still does not light up, the battery may be low or require replacement.
- Difficulty with Crown/Pushers (e.g., "Plastic Collar"):
Some new watches may have a small plastic collar or tab near the crown to prevent battery drain during shipping. This should be easily removable. If you encounter a stubborn plastic piece that prevents the crown from fully depressing, and it cannot be easily removed with fingertips, it is recommended to seek assistance from a professional jeweler or watch repair shop. Attempting to force it or disassemble the watch without proper tools may cause damage and void the warranty.
