1. Introduzzjoni
This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective operation of the Mxmoonant 800PRO Centrifuge Machine. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the device and retain it for future reference. This benchtop centrifuge is designed for separating components of liquid mixtures based on density differences, commonly used in laboratory settings.
2. Prekawzjonijiet tas-Sigurtà
L-aderenza mal-linji gwida tas-sigurtà li ġejjin hija kruċjali biex jiġu evitati korrimenti u jiġi żgurat il-funzjonament xieraq tal-apparat:
- Dejjem ħaddem iċ-ċentrifuga fuq wiċċ stabbli u livellat.
- Kun żgur li l-provvista tal-enerġija taqbel mal-volum tal-apparattage rekwiżiti (110V).
- Do not open the centrifuge lid while the rotor is spinning. Wait until the rotor has completely stopped.
- Always balance tubes symmetrically in the rotor. Unbalanced loads can cause vibration, damage to the machine, or personal injury. If using a single sample, place a tube of clean water of equal weight opposite the sample tubu.
- Use only tubes that fit the rotor capacity (Length ≤ 118mm, Diameter ≤ 16mm, 15ml capacity).
- Żomm iż-żona madwar iċ-ċentrifuga ħielsa minn ostakli.
- Skonnettja l-korda tal-enerġija qabel it-tindif jew il-manutenzjoni.
- Do not operate the centrifuge if it shows signs of damage or malfunction.

5. Setup
- Spakkjar: Carefully remove the centrifuge from its packaging. Inspect for any visible damage.
- Pjazzament: Place the centrifuge on a flat, stable, and level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or excessive moisture. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Konnessjoni tal-Enerġija: Connect the power cord to the centrifuge and then to a grounded 110V electrical outlet.
- Rotor Inspection: Ensure the rotor is securely installed and free from any debris.
- Tube Preparation and Balancing:
- Ipprepara tiegħek samples in appropriate 15ml centrifuge tubes (Length ≤ 118mm, Diameter ≤ 16mm).
- It is critical to balance the tubes symmetrically in the rotor. If you are centrifuging fewer than six samples, ensure that the tubes are placed opposite each other to maintain balance. For example, if using one tube, place a counter-balancing tube filled with an equal volume of water directly opposite it. If using two tubes, place them opposite each other.

6. Istruzzjonijiet Operattivi
- Tubi tat-Tagħbija: Open the transparent cover and carefully insert the balanced tubes into the rotor slots.
- Agħlaq l-għatu: Securely close the transparent cover. The centrifuge will not operate if the lid is not properly closed.
- Issettja Ħin: Use the Time Control Knob to set the desired centrifugation duration (0-100 minutes). The set time will be displayed on the LCD screen.
- Issettja Veloċità: Use the Speed Control Knob to set the desired rotational speed (300-4000 RPM). The set speed will be displayed on the LCD screen.
- Start Centrifugation: The centrifuge will begin operation once the settings are applied and the lid is closed. Monitor the LCD display for real-time operational status.
- Tlestija: The centrifuge will automatically stop once the set time has elapsed. Wait for the rotor to come to a complete stop before opening the lid.
- Unload Tubes: Carefully open the lid and remove the centrifuged tubes.

7. Manutenzjoni
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your centrifuge.
- Tindif: Wipe the exterior surfaces of the centrifuge with a soft, damp cloth. For spills inside the rotor chamber, use a mild disinfectant solution. Ensure no liquids enter the electrical components.
- Kura tar-Rotor: Periodically inspect the rotor for any signs of corrosion or damage. Clean the rotor and tube sleeves as needed.
- Ħażna: When not in use, store the centrifuge in a clean, dry environment.
- Skonnettjar tal-Enerġija: Always disconnect the power cord from the outlet when the centrifuge is not in use or during cleaning.
8 Issolvi l-problemi
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with the centrifuge.
- Centrifuge does not start:
- Iċċekkja jekk il-korda tal-enerġija hijiex imdaħħla sew f'sokit funzjonali.
- Ensure the transparent cover is fully closed and latched.
- Excessive vibration or noise during operation:
- Immediately stop the centrifuge.
- Verify that the tubes are correctly balanced and symmetrically loaded in the rotor.
- Ensure the centrifuge is placed on a stable and level surface.
- Rotor does not reach set speed:
- Iċċekkja jekk il-provvista tal-enerġija hijiex stabbli.
- Ensure the rotor is not overloaded beyond its capacity.
- Lid cannot be opened after operation:
- Ensure the rotor has completely stopped spinning. The lid lock mechanism will release only after the rotor is stationary.
