4. Setup & Charging the Jump Starter

Before first use, fully charge the jump starter. It is recommended to recharge the unit every 3-4 months to maintain efficiency and prolong battery life, especially if it has not been used for an extended period.
- Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the Type-C Input Port on the jump starter.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a computer's USB port or a 2A USB wall adapter (not included).
- The power level indicator lights will illuminate, showing the charging progress.

Always refer to your vehicle's owner's manual for specific jump starting procedures and precautions. Ensure all vehicle electronics (radio, lights, etc.) are turned off before jump starting. Make sure the area is dry and well-ventilated. Never attempt to jump start a vehicle when moisture is present.
- Ensure the jump starter's battery level is above 75%.
- Check that the vehicle's battery terminals are clean to ensure the best conductivity.
- Properly identify the vehicle battery's positive (+) and negative (-) terminals before connecting the clamps.
- Insert the plug of the smart jumper cables completely into the EC5 Output Port of the jump starter. The red and green lights on the smart clamp will flash alternately, indicating it's ready to work.
- Qabbad il- AĦMAR clamp to the positive electrode (+) of the car battery.
- Qabbad il- ISWED clamp to the negative electrode (-) of the car battery. The green light on the smart clamp will be solid ON, indicating a correct connection.
