The PEXMOR 26" Folding Mountain Bike is designed for versatile outdoor cycling, featuring a high carbon steel frame, 21-speed Shimano gears, and a dual disc brake system for reliable stopping power. Its foldable design allows for convenient storage and transport.

4. Setup u Assemblea
Your PEXMOR mountain bike arrives approximately 85% pre-assembled. The following steps detail the completion of the assembly process.
4.1 Unfolding the Bicycle
- Carefully remove the bicycle from its packaging.
- Locate the folding hinge on the frame and release the safety latch.
- Unfold the frame until it locks into place. Secure the safety latch.
- Adjust the handlebar stem to the upright position and secure it.

- Seat/Cushion Adjustment: Insert the seat post into the frame's seat tube. Adjust the height to a comfortable riding position where your leg has a slight bend at the knee when the pedal is at its lowest point. Secure the quick-release clamp. The cushion height adjustment range is 80-97 cm.

5. Istruzzjonijiet Operattivi
5.1 Gear Shifting (21-Speed Shimano)
Your bike is equipped with a 21-speed Shimano gear system (3 front, 7 rear) for optimal performance across various terrains.
- Front Derailleur (Left Shifter): Controls the 3 chainrings on the front. Use for large changes in resistance (e.g., climbing steep hills or high-speed flats).
- Rear Derailleur (Right Shifter): Controls the 7 cogs on the rear cassette. Use for fine-tuning resistance and maintaining a comfortable pedaling cadence.
- Shift gears smoothly by pedaling lightly while shifting. Avoid shifting under heavy load.
5.2 Dual Disc Brakes
The mechanical disc brakes provide reliable stopping power in various conditions.
- The right brake lever controls the rear brake.
- The left brake lever controls the front brake.
- Apply both brakes simultaneously for effective and controlled stopping. Avoid sudden, hard application of the front brake, especially at high speeds, to prevent skidding.
5.3 Folding the Bicycle for Storage/Transport
The bike can be folded neatly in approximately 20 seconds for easy storage or transport.
- Lower the seat post completely.
- Release the handlebar stem quick-release and fold the handlebars down.
- Open the main frame folding latch and carefully fold the bike in half.
- Ensure all folding mechanisms are securely latched before moving the folded bike.

6. Manutenzjoni
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your PEXMOR mountain bike.
- Tindif: Regularly clean the frame, chain, and gears with a mild detergent and water. Avoid high-pressure washing directly on bearings.
- Lubrikazzjoni: Lubricate the chain regularly, especially after riding in wet conditions. Apply a suitable bicycle chain lubricant and wipe off excess.
- Pressjoni tat-Tajers: Check tire pressure before each ride. Maintain pressure within the range indicated on the tire sidewall. The tires are wear-resistant and anti-skid, designed for various surfaces.
