The Elitech GSP-8 is a multi-use digital temperature and humidity data logger designed for precise monitoring. It features both an internal temperature sensor and an external temperature-humidity sensor probe, allowing for versatile applications in various environments such as medical refrigerators, vaccine storage, and general cold chain management. This device can record up to 100,000 temperature points and 100,000 humidity points, automatically generating PDF reports without requiring additional software. Its large LCD screen provides clear readings and indicators for alarms, minimum/maximum values, and average values. The GSP-8 is equipped with a rechargeable battery, offering extended operation.

Setup
1. Attivazzjoni Inizjali
The GSP-8 data logger comes with a pre-installed 18650 lithium battery. Before first use, ensure the insulator strip is removed from the battery compartment to activate the device. The device will power on automatically.

To begin recording data, press and hold the main button on the device for approximately 5 seconds. A solid triangle icon will appear on the LCD screen, indicating that logging has started.

Press the main menu button to cycle through different display modes on the LCD. You can view the total recorded points, minimum, maximum, and average temperature and humidity values, as well as alarm thresholds, current date, and time.

4. Data Export and Software Usage
The Elitech GSP-8 data logger can automatically generate PDF reports. For advanced settings and data analysis, use the ElitechLogWin software.

- Customize Parameters: If you wish to adjust logging parameters, go to the "Parameter" section in the software. Here you can:

- Enable "Circular Logging" to continuously replace the oldest data when memory is full.
- Enable "Repeat Start" to allow restarting the device for a new recording by pressing the button for 5 seconds.
- Choose the preferred temperature unit (Fahrenheit or Celsius).
- Set the local time zone to sync the logger's date and time.
- Set PDF language and password for reports.
- Select screen display time and enable/disable backlight.
- Set alarm thresholds for temperature and humidity. If readings fall outside this range, a note will appear on the device and in the report.
- Ħlief Settings: After configuring parameters, confirm your settings and click "Save Parameter" to apply them to the device.
- View and Export Graph Data: Go to the "Graph" page in the software to view and export the recorded data in a graphical format.
