3. Gwida ta' Setup

3.1 Attaching Adapter Rings

Select the appropriate adapter ring (Φ67/72/77/82-95mm) that matches your lens's filter thread size. Screw the adapter ring onto the front of your camera lens until secure. The matte box will then attach to this adapter ring.

3.2 Mounting the Matte Box

Align the matte box with the installed adapter ring on your lens. Gently push the matte box onto the adapter ring until it clicks into place. Ensure it is firmly seated to prevent movement during operation.

3.3 Installing Filter Trays

The kit includes two 4 x 5.65" filter trays. To install, slide your desired square filters into the trays. Then, slide the loaded filter trays into the designated slots on the matte box. The quick-release design allows for fast filter changes.

3.4 Attaching and Adjusting Flags

Attach the top flag and side flags to their respective mounting points on the matte box. These flags are adjustable (0-180° for top and side flags, up to 40° for side flags when fully open) to block stray light from various angles. Position them to effectively eliminate lens flares without obstructing the lens's field of view.
