3. Setup

3.1. Unfolding and Mounting

The TC7 teleprompter is designed for quick setup. It can be unfolded in approximately one second for immediate use. The base features a 1/4-inch screw hole for mounting onto various tripods, light stands, or desktop tripods.

3.3. Smartphone/Tablet Installation

The teleprompter supports both vertical and horizontal placement for smartphones and tablets (up to 7.9 inches).

Vertical Placement (Left Shooting)

1. Choose the fitted lens adapter ring and mobile phone shading ring.
2. Install the mobile phone shading ring into the teleprompter.
3. Screw in the phone holder to the teleprompter.
4. Find a suitable telephone lens hood to attach.
5. Clamp the phone in the phone holder.
6. Place the tablet/phone onto the adhesive tape for prompting.

Horizontal Placement (Right Shooting)

1. Choose the fitted lens adapter ring and mobile phone shading ring.
2. Install the mobile phone shading ring into the teleprompter.
3. Screw in the phone holder to the teleprompter.
4. Find a suitable telephone lens hood to attach.
5. Clamp the phone in the phone holder.
6. Place the tablet/phone onto the adhesive tape for prompting.

To use the teleprompter, download the free 'TCQI' application on your smartphone or tablet. This app is compatible with both iOS and Android systems.
