4. Setup

4.2 Assembling the Baking Pan

  1. Insert the kneading hooks onto the shafts at the bottom of the baking pan. Ensure they are securely in place.
  2. Place the assembled baking pan into the bread maker's cavity. Press down firmly until it clicks into place.

5.2 Programmi

The ETA Harmony 2 offers 12 automatic programs for various baking needs. Refer to your recipe book for specific program recommendations for different types of bread, dough, jam, and yogurt.

After most baking programs are complete, the bread maker will automatically enter a 60-minute KEEP WARM cycle to keep your bread warm. You can cancel this function by pressing the START/STOP button.

5.5 Adding Ingredients Signal

During certain programs, the bread maker will emit an audible signal (beeps) to indicate the optimal time to add additional ingredients such as fruits, nuts, or seeds. Add them carefully through the lid opening.

In case of a brief power interruption (typically less than 10 minutes), the bread maker's internal memory will retain the program settings and continue operation once power is restored. For longer outages, il-programm ikollu jerġa' jinbeda.
