The Konnek Stein QC21 is a 1080P Smart Wi-Fi PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) IP Camera designed for indoor security and monitoring. It offers crystal clear full HD video, comprehensive coverage with pan and tilt capabilities, two-way audio communication, smart motion detection, and enhanced night vision for round-the-clock protection.

2. Gwida ta' Setup

2.2 Setup Inizjali

1. Qawwa Mixgħul: Connect the camera to a power outlet using the provided power adapter. The camera will power on and initiate its self-check.
2. Niżżel l-App: Download the "ENKLOV" app from Google Play Store (for Android devices) or Apple App Store (for iOS devices).
3. Reġistrazzjoni/Idħol: Open the ENKLOV app and register a new account or log in if you already have one.
4. Żid Apparat: Follow the in-app instructions to add your camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or within the app.
5. Konnessjoni Wi-Fi: Connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Nota: 5G Wi-Fi networks are not supported. Ensure your mobile device is connected to the same 2.4GHz network during setup.

2.3 Installazzjoni

3. Operazzjoni

3.1 Ħaj View u Kontroll Pan/Tilt

Once connected, open the ENKLOV app to view the live feed from your camera. Use the on-screen controls to pan (rotate horizontally up to 355°) and tilt (rotate vertically up to 110°) the camera lens to adjust the viewangolu tal-ing.

3.2 Awdjo b'żewġ direzzjonijiet

The camera features a built-in microphone and speaker, allowing for two-way communication. Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak through the camera, and listen to audio from the camera's surroundings.

Enable motion detection in the app settings to receive instant notifications on your mobile phone when movement is detected. You can review recorded events directly from the ENKLOV cloud app.

The camera automatically switches to night vision mode when the environment dims. The infrared LEDs provide clear black and white video footage in complete darkness, acting as a deterrent against theft and ensuring continuous monitoring.

The Konnek Stein QC21 camera supports two primary methods for video recording storage:

• Slott tal-Karta TF: Insert a compatible TF (microSD) card into the camera's designated slot for local storage of recordings.
• Ħażna Cloud: Utilize the secure cloud storage service offered through the ENKLOV app for remote access and backup of your video data. This option provides enhanced privacy protection through multiple security protocols and financial encryption technology.

4. Manutenzjoni

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Konnek Stein QC21 camera, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Tindif: Gently wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the lens or damage the finish.
