- Clean the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a soft brush and mild soap solution, then rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Evita li tesponi l-arloġġ għal temperaturi estremi, kampi manjetiċi qawwija, jew kimiċi ħarxa.
- The resin band and case are durable but can degrade over time with prolonged exposure to sunlight and moisture.
5.2 Reżistenza għall-Ilma
Your GW9400-1B is water-resistant to 200 meters.
- Tħaddimx il-buttuni waqt li l-arloġġ ikun mgħaddas fl-ilma jew imxarrab.
- Wara l-espożizzjoni għall-ilma mielaħ, laħlaħ l-arloġġ b'ilma frisk u imsaħ niexef.
- Regular inspection of gaskets and seals by a qualified technician is recommended to maintain water resistance.

Figure 4: The watch's case back, indicating 20 BAR water resistance.
6 Issolvi l-problemi
- Id-displej huwa mudlam jew vojt: The watch may be in Power Saving mode or the battery charge is low. Expose the watch to bright light for charging. If the display remains blank, the battery might be completely depleted and require significant charging time.
- Il-ħin mhux korrett:
- Ensure your Home City setting is correct.
- Verify that the watch is receiving time calibration signals. Place it near a window overnight.
- Check if Daylight Saving Time (DST) setting is correct for your region.
- Sensor readings are inaccurate:
- Temperatura: Neħħi l-arloġġ minn fuq il-polz tiegħek għal 20-30 minuta qabel ma tieħu l-qari biex tevita interferenza bis-sħana tal-ġisem.
- Boxxla: Perform a two-point calibration. Avoid strong magnetic fields.
- Altimetru/Barometru: Calibrate the altimeter with a known altitude if possible. Atmospheric pressure changes constantly, affecting readings.
- Il-buttuni ma jirrispondux: Ensure the watch is not in a mode that locks buttons (e.g., some setting modes require exiting before normal operation). If submerged, wait until the watch is dry before operating buttons.
