The TOWODE Motion Detector Alarm is a versatile security device designed to enhance safety in various environments such as homes, shops, offices, and garages. It features intelligent motion detection, multiple operating modes, adjustable volume levels, and a wide selection of alert sounds. 3. Setup

3.1 It-Tħaddim tal-Apparat

The motion detector alarm offers two power options:

1. 3 x AAA Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the unit and insert three AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity. The low battery reminder function will alert you when replacement is needed.
2. Kejbil USB: Connect a Micro USB cable (not included) to the Micro USB port on the side of the unit and plug it into a DC5V power source.

The remote control is powered by 1 coin cell battery (included). Remove the insulation sheet from the remote control before first use.

3.2 Installazzjoni

The motion detector can be flexibly installed using either the provided double-sided tape or screws:

• Double-sided Tape: Clean the desired surface thoroughly. Apply the double-sided tape to the back of the detector's bracket and firmly press it onto the installation surface.
• Viti: Use the included screws and wall anchors to securely mount the bracket to a wall or ceiling. Once the bracket is fixed, attach the motion detector unit to the bracket.

Ensure the detection window faces the area you wish to monitor. The bracket allows for 180-degree rotation to adjust the sensing angle. For narrower sensing ranges, you can use the thin aluminum sticker to cover parts of the detection window.

4.1 Power On/Off

To power on or off the motion detector, long press the power button located on the top of the unit. You will hear an audible confirmation.

The device features three operating modes, which can be cycled by short pressing the mode button on the top of the unit or using the remote control:
