This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of your FORA P30 Plus Blood Pressure Monitoring System. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device and keep it for future reference. This system is designed for non-invasive measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate in adults.

4. Setup
4.1. Installazzjoni tal-batterija
- Open the battery compartment cover located on the back of the main unit.

To ensure accurate record-keeping, set the correct date and time:
- With the device off, press and hold the 'S' (Set) button until the year starts flashing.
- Use the 'M' (Memory) button to adjust the year.
- Press the 'S' button again to confirm the year and move to the month setting.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for month, day, hour, and minute.
- Once all settings are confirmed, the device will exit setup mode.

Proper cuff placement is crucial for accurate readings:
- Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor, and your arm resting on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
- Ensure your arm is bare or has only thin clothing.
- Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, approximately 0.8 to 1.2 inches (2-3 cm) above your elbow. The red line on the edge of the cuff should be positioned over your main arteries on the inside of your arm.
- Tighten the cuff so it is snug but not uncomfortably tight.

- After applying the cuff, press the Power button (center button) to start the measurement.
- The cuff will automatically inflate. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.

- The monitor will automatically take three measurements with a short interval (e.g., 20 seconds) between each.
- After the third measurement, the average of the three readings will be displayed.

5.4. Recalling Memory Readings
The device stores up to 60 measurements. To view qari tal-passat:

- The most recent reading will be displayed first.
- Press the 'M' button repeatedly to scroll through older readings.
