4. Setup

1. Open the battery compartment cover located on the back of the main unit.

1. With the device off, press and hold the 'S' (Set) button until the year starts flashing.
2. Use the 'M' (Memory) button to adjust the year.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for month, day, hour, and minute.
5. Once all settings are confirmed, the device will exit setup mode.

1. Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor, and your arm resting on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
2. Ensure your arm is bare or has only thin clothing.
3. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, approximately 0.8 to 1.2 inches (2-3 cm) above your elbow. The red line on the edge of the cuff should be positioned over your main arteries on the inside of your arm.
4. Tighten the cuff so it is snug but not uncomfortably tight.

2. The cuff will automatically inflate. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.

5.4. Recalling Memory Readings
