This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your HECHT 5162 Ride-On Lawn Mower. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the machine to ensure proper use and to prevent injury or damage.
The HECHT 5162 is a powerful and high-quality ride-on lawn mower designed for medium-sized areas. With its electric start, the mower is easily put into operation with a turn of the key. Its compact dimensions and small turning circle make it highly maneuverable, even in tight spaces and around obstacles. The spring-loaded seat and large tires offer comfortable operation.

4.2. Engaging the Blades
Locate the blade engagement lever. Slowly engage the blades once the engine is running smoothly.

The cutting height can be adjusted in 4 steps, from 30 mm to 90 mm. Use the cutting height adjustment lever to select the desired height.

4.4. Gear Selection and Driving
The mower features 4 forward gears and 1 reverse gear. The maximum speed is up to 4.5 km/h.
- Select the desired gear using the gear lever.
- Slowly release the clutch (if applicable) or press the accelerator pedal to begin moving.
- Steer using the steering wheel. The compact design allows for a very small turning radius.

4.5. Emptying the Grass Catcher
The large 130-liter grass catcher is easy to empty. When full, disengage the blades, stop the engine, and use the telescopic rod to release and empty the catcher.

5. Manutenzjoni
