4.3. Applying Blood and Reading Results

Touch the tip of the test strip to the blood drop. The blood will be drawn into the strip automatically. Ensure the sample volume is sufficient (0.7 µL).
The meter will begin a countdown. Your blood glucose result will appear on the display in approximately 7 seconds. The meter will also audibly announce the result in your selected language (English or Spanish).
After the result is displayed, remove the used test strip and dispose of it properly. The meter will turn off automatically.

The meter stores up to 450 test memories with date and time. You can review past results by pressing the main button. The meter also provides 7, 14, 21, 28, 60, or 90-day average measurements of test results by simply pressing the MAIN button repeatedly to cycle through the averages.
