4. Setup u Installazzjoni
The Goodyear Retractable Welding Hose Reel is designed for wall mounting. Choose a location that is structurally sound and can support the weight of the reel and hoses, plus any dynamic forces during operation.

- Select a wall stud or a solid concrete/masonry surface.
- Ensure adequate clearance around the reel for hose extension and retraction, and for maintenance.

The Goodyear Retractable Welding Hose Reel features a multi-position locking ratchet system for ease of use.

- Grasp the hose firmly and pull it slowly to the desired length.
- You will hear a clicking sound as the ratchet engages.
- Once the desired length is reached, stop pulling. The hose will lock into position.
- If the hose does not lock, pull it out slightly further until the ratchet engages, then release.

- To retract the hose, pull it out gently for a short distance (approximately 6-12 inches). This will disengage the ratchet mechanism.
