Follow these steps to connect your VENTION HDMI Switch:

1. Qabbad l-Apparati tas-Sors HDMI: Connect up to five HDMI source devices (e.g., Blu-Ray player, gaming console, streaming box, laptop) to the HDMI INPUT 1-5 ports on the switch using HDMI cables.
2. Qabbad mal-Display: Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI OUTPUT port on the switch and the other end to an HDMI input port on your TV, monitor, or projector.
3. Qabbad l-Enerġija: Connect the provided DC 5V power cable to the DC 5V port on the switch, then plug the USB end into a compatible USB power source (e.g., a USB wall adapter, TV USB port, or computer USB port). The Power indicator LED will light up.
4. Apparat ta' Qawwa: Power on your HDMI source devices and your display.

Nota: For optimal performance, especially with 4K@30Hz signals, use high-quality HDMI 1.4 or higher cables. For 3D content, ensure your display and source devices support 3D and switch to 1080P resolution if necessary.

6. Istruzzjonijiet Operattivi

You can switch between input sources using two methods:

Point the IR remote control towards the IR receiver on the front of the HDMI switch and press the corresponding number button (1-5) for the desired input source. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the switch.

6.2. Using the Manual Button

Press the "SELECT" button on the front of the HDMI switch to cycle through the input sources (Input 1 → Input 2 → Input 3 → Input 4 → Input 5 → Input 1, and so on). The corresponding LED indicator will light up for the active input.

6.3. Automatic Switching

The switch features an intelligent memory function that automatically detects the last active input. When a new device is powered on or an active device is powered off, the switch may automatically switch to the newly active input or revert to a previously active one. This behavior can vary based on the connected devices.
