The LEZYNE Macro Floor Drive pump typically comes pre-assembled. Upon unboxing, ensure all components are present and undamaged. These include the pump body (barrel, piston, handle), the base, the hose, and the chuck (either ABS Flip Chuck or Dual Valve Pump Head) with its integrated gauge.
Inspecting the Chuck
Your pump will be equipped with one of two chuck types:

Inflating Tires with ABS Flip Chuck
- Ipprepara l-Valv: For Presta valves, unscrew the valve core locknut until it is loose. For Schrader valves, no preparation is typically needed.
- Attach the Chuck:
- For Presta valves, thread the "Presta" side of the ABS Flip Chuck onto the valve stem until secure.
- For Schrader valves, thread the "Schrader" side of the ABS Flip Chuck onto the valve stem until secure.

- Remove the Chuck: Pull the chuck straight off the valve stem. For Presta valves, remember to tighten the valve core locknut.
