1. Introduzzjoni
The AUTOOL SDT106 Automotive Smoke Leak Detector is a professional tool designed for quickly and accurately diagnosing leaks in various automotive pipe systems. This device generates smoke to help visualize leaks in systems such as EVAP, intake, exhaust, fuel pipes, and general car sealing. It features a built-in air pump and operates on a DC 12V vehicle battery, making it a portable and efficient solution for automotive diagnostics.
2. Informazzjoni dwar is-Sigurtà
Għal tħaddim sikur, jekk jogħġbok osserva dan li ġej:
- The Smoke Leak Detector is equipped with high-temperature protection. If the equipment senses a temperature above 75°C, the power supply will automatically shut off to prevent overheating.
- The device also features a pressure-limit protection. If the air pressure exceeds the Standard mode (35psi) or EVAP mode (10psi), the air pump will stop working. This ensures the safety of both the operator and the equipment.
- Always ensure proper ventilation when operating the device.
- Use only recommended test oil (baby oil or mineral oil) for smoke generation.
- Avoid overfilling the oil reservoir.
- Connect the device only to a DC 12V car battery, observing correct polarity (red to positive, black to negative).
