The GBC GLMFS2000L3 is a high-performance pouch laminator designed for A4/A3 documents, featuring a rapid warm-up time and an automatic shut-off function for energy efficiency. This model has earned the first Eco-Mark certification under the "Laminator" standard (Certification No. 18 162 002).

Setup

Istruzzjonijiet Operattivi
- Agħżel il-Ħxuna tal-Film: Touch the setting button according to the thickness of the laminating pouch you are using. The corresponding setting light (T1, T2, T3, T4) will illuminate. Compatible film thickness ranges from 75-100µm.
- Ipprepara d-Dokument: Place your document inside a laminating pouch, ensuring it is centered and there is an even border around the edges.
- Daħħal il-Borża: Once the green "✔" light is on, carefully insert the sealed edge of the laminating pouch into the laminator's feed opening. The laminator will automatically feed the pouch through.
- Irkupra Dokument Laminat: Allow the laminated document to cool on a flat surface before handling.
- Tifi Awtomatiku: The laminator is equipped with an auto shut-off function. If left unused for more than 30 minutes while powered on, it will automatically turn off to save energy. To resume operation, simply touch the power button again.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your laminator.

This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your laminator.
Ġamm tal-Films
If a laminating pouch becomes jammed:
- Agħfas immedjatament il- ĦLAS button down firmly with one hand.
- While holding the RELEASE button, gently pull the jammed film back from the film insert opening. The rollers will stop rotating, allowing the film to be pulled out.
- Once the film is removed, release the RELEASE button. The rollers will automatically resume forward rotation.
Laminator Not Heating Up
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the laminator and the electrical outlet.
- Check if the power button has been pressed and the warm-up indicator (red "cmx" mark) is lit.
- If the auto shut-off function has activated, press the power button to restart the machine.
Poor Lamination Quality (e.g., bubbles, cloudy finish)
- Ensure the correct film thickness setting (T1, T2, T3, T4) is selected for your laminating pouch.
- Allow the laminator to fully warm up until the green "✔" light is illuminated.
