Your Timex Expedition Grid Shock Watch comes with a pre-installed Lithium Metal battery. No initial charging or battery installation is required for immediate use.

Setting Time, Date, and Options

To set the time, date, and various options on your watch, follow these steps:

1. With time and date showing, press and hold SET.
2. The current time zone (1, 2, or 3) will flash. Press + or - to select the time zone to set, if desired.
3. Agħfas LI JMISS. The hour will flash. Press + or - to change the hour (including AM/PM); hold the button to scan values.
4. Agħfas LI JMISS. The minutes will flash. Press + or - biex tibdel il-minuti.
5. Agħfas LI JMISS. The seconds will flash. Press + or - to set seconds to zero.
6. Agħfas LI JMISS. The month will flash. Press + or - biex tibdel ix-xahar.
