Introduzzjoni
The NetAlly LinkSprinter 300 Pocket Network Tester is designed to quickly verify the functionality of copper Ethernet links and identify errors. This compact device ensures network connectivity status and port information is accurately documented for every link. It performs a comprehensive AutoTest, measuring Power over Ethernet (PoE) voltage, conducting a switch test, confirming DHCP server responsiveness, and verifying connectivity to gateway/router, internal IP services, and cloud resources. Test results can be automatically uploaded and annotated to the secure Link-Live cloud portal, streamlining deployment and troubleshooting tasks for network professionals.

Issolvi l-problemi
- Ebda Qawwa: Kun żgur li l-batteriji huma installati sew u għandhom biżżejjed ċarġ. Ibdel il-batteriji jekk meħtieġ.
- No Link Established (Link Chain icon off/blinking):
- Iċċekkja l-kejbil tal-Ethernet għal ħsara.
- Verify the network port on the switch is active and correctly configured.
- This could indicate bad cabling or a switch hardware failure.
- Weak PoE Power (Lightning Bolt icon yellow):
- The cable might be too long or damaged.
- There might be an issue with the switch port providing PoE.
- DHCP Issues (DHCP text red):
- If using static IP, check for duplicate IP addresses on the network.
- If using DHCP, the DHCP server might be misconfigured or not responding.
- Gateway/Internet Ping Failures (Cloud icon red/yellow):
- Check if the LinkSprinter's IP address is correct.
- The gateway might be down or configured to ignore pings.
- Yellow indication suggests high network traffic or a busy gateway.
