5. Setup

5.1. Installazzjoni tal-batterija

The CMS50D2 Pulse Oximeter requires two AAA batteries for operation. Ensure correct polarity when inserting the batteries.

6. Istruzzjonijiet Operattivi

Follow these steps to obtain accurate readings:

Keep your hand still during the measurement. Do not shake your finger.
The readings for SpO2 and pulse rate will appear on the display within a few seconds.
To change the display orientation or brightness, briefly press the power button while the device is on.
The device will automatically power off after 5 seconds of inactivity or if the finger is removed.

Clean the surface of the oximeter before and after each use. Use a soft cloth dampened with medical alcohol (70% ethanol or isopropanol) to wipe the surface. Do not immerse the device in liquid.

Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If the device will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
