- Place the monitor on the inside of your left wrist, with the digital display facing upwards, on the same side as your palm.
- Ensure the cuff is positioned approximately 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8 inches) from your palm.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your wrist. It should be tight enough so that only one finger can fit between the cuff and your wrist.
- The cuff is designed for wrist circumferences between 5.3 inches and 7.7 inches.

The MAM (Microlife Average Mode) feature automatically takes three consecutive measurements and calculates their average for a more reliable result. 5.4 Recalling Memory Readings
