Please read this manual carefully before operating the unit to ensure proper use and to maximize its performance.

Familiarize yourself with the various controls and connection points on your GPX unit.

6. Setup

6.1 Konnessjoni tal-Enerġija

Your unit can be powered by AC mains or batteries.

• Qawwa AC: Insert the supplied AC power cable into the AC IN jack on the rear of the unit and plug the other end into a standard wall outlet.
• Qawwa tal-Batterija (Mhux obbligatorja): Open the battery compartment cover on the rear. Insert the required number of C-size batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely. The unit will automatically switch to battery power when AC power is disconnected.

6.2 Setup ta' l-antenna

For optimal FM radio reception, fully extend the telescopic antenna located on the rear of the unit. Adjust its position for the best signal.

7. Istruzzjonijiet Operattivi

7.1 CD/MP3 Playback

1. Agħfas il- QAWWA buttuna biex tixgħel l-unità.
2. Agħfas il- FUNZJONI/MOD button repeatedly until "CD" appears on the LCD display.
3. Open the CD compartment cover and place a CD (audio CD, CD-R, CD-RW, MP3 CD, or WMA CD) onto the spindle with the label side facing up. Close the cover.
4. The unit will read the disc, and playback will begin automatically. If not, press the DĦABBA/PAWŻA buttuna.
5. Uża l- SKIP / FITTEX buttons (◀◀/▶▶) to skip tracks. Hold them down to search within a track.
6. Agħfas il- IRREpeti button to cycle through repeat modes: Repeat 1 (current track), Repeat Folder (for MP3/WMA CDs), Repeat All.
7. Agħfas il- STOP buttuna biex twaqqaf il-plejbek.

7.2 Radio Operation (FM)

1. Agħfas il- QAWWA buttuna biex tixgħel l-unità.
2. Agħfas il- FUNZJONI/MOD button repeatedly until "FM" appears on the LCD display.
3. Extend the FM telescopic antenna for best reception.
4. Uża l- SKIP / FITTEX buttons (◀◀/▶▶) to manually tune to a desired frequency. Hold them down for automatic station search.
5. Aġġusta l- VOLUM knobs to your desired listening level.

7.3 Daqq tal-USB

1. Agħfas il- QAWWA buttuna biex tixgħel l-unità.
2. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port on the rear of the unit.
3. Agħfas il- FUNZJONI/MOD button repeatedly until "USB" appears on the LCD display.
4. L-unità awtomatikament tiskopri u tibda ddoqq awdjo kompatibbli files (MP3/WMA) from the USB drive.
5. Uża l- DĦABBA/PAWŻA, STOP, SKIP / FITTEX, u IRREpeti buttuni bħalma tagħmel għad-daqq ta' CD.

7.4 iPod/iPhone Docking

1. Agħfas il- QAWWA buttuna biex tixgħel l-unità.
2. Carefully dock your compatible iPod or iPhone onto the docking connector. Ensure it is seated firmly.
3. Agħfas il- FUNZJONI/MOD button repeatedly until "iPod" or "iPhone" appears on the LCD display.
4. Playback and charging of your docked device will begin. You can control playback using the unit's controls or directly from your iPod/iPhone.
5. Aġġusta l- VOLUM knobs on the unit.

7.5 Input AUX

1. Agħfas il- QAWWA buttuna biex tixgħel l-unità.
2. Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, smartphone) to the AUX IN jack on the rear of the unit using a 3.5mm stereo audio cable (not included).
3. Agħfas il- FUNZJONI/MOD button repeatedly until "AUX" appears on the LCD display.
4. Playback will be controlled from your external audio device. Adjust the VOLUM knobs on the GPX unit.

7.6 Kontroll mill-Bogħod

The included remote control allows for convenient operation of most functions from a distance. Ensure the remote has working batteries and is pointed towards the front of the unit.

8. Manutenzjoni
